Testimonials: "The breathing and visualisation techniques I'd learned in yoga really helped me specially when it came to trying not to push... So all in all an amazing experience. Thank you for all the lovely yoga classes, they really helped me and i'll really miss those evenings!" Rebecca Frampton, Brighton "I really treasure the time I had at yoga –sharing experiences and preparing for the birth. It was a serene time to really feel connected to my baby. It was by far the best preparation for the birth and way of coping physically and emotionally to all of the changes that pregnancy brings. Clare is an amazing teacher to guide you through your pregnancy and I can’t recommend her classes highly enough." Rebecca Habba, Brighton "Having recently attended Clare's pregnancy yoga I can honestly say it enhanced my experience of pregnancy and allowed me time to bond with my baby-to-be. The breathing exercises not only helped me relax at the time but were also a valuable tool throughout my birthing experience. Clare has a beautiful energy and her classes always left me feeling very calm, centred and generally blissed out!" Harriet Lawson, Brighton "Pregnancy yoga is a great way to prepare you mentally and physically for childbirth. I would highly recommend Clare as a teacher: Her classes are friendly and welcoming, giving mothers-to-be a safe place to discuss any worries or physical problems they may be experiencing. Exercises and postures are tailored to the needs of the women in the class, and suggestions are made for simple yoga and breathing work that can be practised at home during the week." Abigail Elden, Brighton
