| About Clare's Yoga Having decided to dedicate herself to her Yoga practice, Clare completed the Yoga Challenge Teacher Training Programme with Tony Sanchez, in San Francisco, California in 2004. The yoga has its foundation in a system of 84 classic asanas and is a combination of postures and regulated breath designed to develop physical and mental well-being. Good health and regulated breath are believed to develop the clarity of mind to know and fulfil one's purpose in life.
About Clare's Pregnancy Yoga Clare began teaching Pregnancy Yoga at Yoga Haven since Spring 2007. This was after practising extensively during her own pregnancy and giving birth naturally to her own son in 2006. It was through this experience that she realised, she wanted to share her knowledge and discoveries of how wonderful a Yoga practice can be; both during preganancy and for giving birth. Clare's Pregnancy Yoga classes are designed to Mother the Mother giving mamas-to-be much needed time out in today's busy world, helping them to connect with their unborn child and prepare physically, mentally and emotionally for birth and motherhood beyond.
